We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese & Korean dishes
  • Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food according to restaurant standards.
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations, including prep work, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
  • Work efficiently and effectively under pressure, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a Japanese or Asian cuisine restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking methods and menu changes.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
