Job Description:
As a Server at Moshi Sushi Bar, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for providing attentive and knowledgeable service, ensuring that each guest leaves with a memorable impression of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages with a focus on timing, presentation, and quality.
• Provide knowledgeable explanations of menu items, including sushi varieties, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Ensure guests’ satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining area and server stations.
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server in a high-end restaurant, preferably with knowledge of Japanese cuisine or sushi.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairing, including sake and wine, is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
